In the current Covid crises, Decimal Factor is helping SMEs navigate through the various funding schemes and get responsible funding. Decimal Factor is converging payment and lending to transform Fintech. At First Decimal Manoj will be spending his time helping Nilesh and team First Decimal to build our existing ventures in enterprises, incubate new ideas, build sporting leagues and project manage some amazing international properties.

Starter his career as an investment banking analyst with boutique investment banking firm and his last corporate assignment ended with global investment bank working with billion dollar deals across diversified sectors in 2015. He has deep love for Startups, Fintech and Finance and currently associated with Decimal Factor as CFO. He likes to watch action Hindi and South Indian movies.
Mik Basi, MBE
Managing Director - Sports Management
Mik is a British Boxing Referee & Judge who took the Olympic Oath at the opening ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games and is the only British Boxing Official to participate in two Olympic Games (London 2012 and Rio 2016). He has extensive Government Head Office experience in Business Services, moving in to the private sector in 2006, starting up and building various SMEs.

With over 25 years international property experience, across the UK, Middle East, South Asia and the pacific , Philip has been involved in operations, design, development, construction, refurbishment international brand launches. A self confessed Indo Aussie his 12 years in development in South Asia with construction and developers, he has skills to support even the most shrewd investors.
Vinay Gairola

Vinay, based out of London, is a Chartered Accountant and MBA in Finance with 11+ years Post Qualification experience spread out in areas of Business controlling, Fund Management(Equities), Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Venture Capital and Private equity. Vinay has in past worked with entities like Deutsche Bank/Deutsche asset management and has been a serial entrepreneur having set up and managed Investment management companies in India, UK and Mauritius.
Amit Saxena

Amit brings with him a wide range of experience from entrepreneurship to investment banking. Amit has worked with one of Gem investments, Dunn Loren Merrifield, an investment bank based out of Lagos and his role includes origination of deals for financial advisory and corporate bonds. He is also actively involved in building IPP business for GEM in Africa. He's raised capital for Money on Mobile- India, and has an extensive work experience across Emerging Markets.
Amit has valuable prior experience in the Telecom and has been working closely with top telecom operators, logistics and infrastructure firms. In the infrastructure vertical, he has worked in building consortiums and bidding for different projects in Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Ethiopia) on a PPP basis with the Government and other institutions such as IFC (International Finance Corporation), a division of World Bank and AFC (Africa Finance Corporation, a premier African PE group) among other institutions like UBA, FCMB, First Bank etc.
His past experience includes his tenure with WorldPhone, a Telecom services company in India engaged in VoIP and data services, from 2004 to 2006. Prior to his stint in WorldPhone he worked with Citgroup Singapore in their Corporate Bank division.
Amit has completed his Engineering from Mangalore University (Manipal) and his Masters in Business Administration (International Business) from Bristol University, United Kingdom.
